Most of the decorating projects I’ve worked on have focused on the renovation side rather than the furniture selection side. I’ve specified materials like flooring, tiles, paint, cabinet doors, bath and kitchen fixtures. I’ve worked with contractors discussing the details of electrical, plumbing, and construction. Not all of this is in the normal realm of a decorator but I’m very hands on and have done a lot of the work myself so I understand what can and can’t be done.
Every space has potential
From the moldy basement kitchen that got a fresh update to the 1950’s pink and green bathroom that was funky and fun and is now white and serious.
